Years of Experience

Casa Bonita has 96 homes that are locally owned and self-managed. Our Principals have owned Tucson rental properties for over 40 years and have specialized with student rentals for 15 years. Our Management staff has worked in the rental industry and love working with students and their parents. Our maintenance staff has over 35 years of experience and we have proudly supported our key vendors for many years because of their great service. Our company is committed to provide the most enjoyable living experience to our Residents.



Casa Bonita management is available Monday thru Saturday for all of your rental and maintenance questions and issues.  Any of our 4 managers can help you.  You can contact us via email, thru our website, or by phone.  Billing is emailed monthly, but Residents or parents can always contact the office for current balances.  Most of our units are billed by Casa Bonita for water, sewer, and refuse so there is no need to turn on this utility with the City of Tucson.


Professional Maintenance

Maintenance is easy to request. Residents can call a member of our management staff, leave a message on the maintenance line, or send a request via email with access thru our web site. We also have 24-hour emergency maintenance for urgent repair issues.
